CVSS v3.1 |
| The AWS ALB Route Directive Adapter For Istio repo https://github.com/awslabs/aws-alb-route-directive-adapter-for-istio/tree/master provides an OIDC authentication mechanism that was integrated into the open source Kubeflow project. The adapter uses JWT for authentication, but lacks proper signer and issuer validation. In deployments of ALB that ignore security best practices, where ALB targets are directly exposed to internet traffic, an actor can provide a JWT signed by an untrusted entity in order to spoof OIDC-federated sessions and successfully bypass authentication.
The repository/package has been deprecated, is end of life, and is no longer supported. As a security best practice, ensure that your ELB targets (e.g. EC2 Instances, Fargate Tasks etc.) do not have public IP addresses. Ensure any forked or derivative code validate that the signer attribute in the JWT match the ARN of the Application Load Balancer that the service is configured to use. |
| CWE-290: Authentication Bypass by Spoofing vulnerability exists that could cause a denial of service and loss
of confidentiality and integrity of controllers when conducting a Man-In-The-Middle attack between the
controller and the engineering workstation while a valid user is establishing a communication session. This
vulnerability is inherent to Diffie Hellman algorithm which does not protect against Man-In-The-Middle attacks. |
| A Local File Inclusion (LFI) vulnerability in OpenLLM version 0.6.10 allows attackers to include files from the local server through the web application. This flaw could expose internal server files and potentially sensitive information such as configuration files, passwords, and other critical data. Unauthorized access to critical server files, such as configuration files, user credentials (/etc/passwd), and private keys, can lead to a complete compromise of the system's security. Attackers could leverage the exposed information to further penetrate the network, exfiltrate data, or escalate privileges within the environment. |
| In versions of the PEADM Forge Module prior to 3.24.0 a security misconfiguration was discovered. |
| HCL Digital Experience components Ring API and dxclient may be vulnerable to man-in-the-middle (MitM) attacks prior to 9.5 CF226. An attacker could intercept and potentially alter communication between two parties. |
| An insufficient validation on the server connection endpoint in Netskope Client allows local users to elevate privileges on the system. The insufficient validation allows Netskope Client to connect to any other server with Public Signed CA TLS certificates and send specially crafted responses to elevate privileges. |
| An issue in the native clients for Amazon WorkSpaces (when running Amazon DCV protocol), Amazon AppStream 2.0, and Amazon DCV Clients may allow an attacker to access remote sessions via man-in-the-middle. |
| A potential vulnerability was reported in the Lenovo PC Manager, Lenovo App Store, Lenovo Browser, and Lenovo Legion Zone client applications that, under certain conditions, could allow an attacker on the same logical network to execute arbitrary code. |
| The CleverControl employee monitoring software (v11.5.1041.6) fails to validate TLS server certificates during the installation process. The installer downloads and executes external components using curl.exe --insecure, enabling a man-in-the-middle attacker to deliver malicious files that are executed with SYSTEM privileges. This can lead to full remote code execution with administrative rights. No patch is available as the vendor has been unresponsive. It is assumed that previous versions are also affected, but this is not confirmed. |
| A vulnerability was reported in the Lenovo LeCloud client application that, under certain conditions, could allow information disclosure. |
| An Improper Certificate Validation vulnerability in the OPC-UA client and ANSL over TLS client used in Automation Studio versions before 6.5 could allow an unauthenticated attacker on the network to position themselves to intercept and interfere with data exchanges. |
| CrowdStrike uses industry-standard TLS (transport layer security) to secure communications from the Falcon sensor to the CrowdStrike cloud. CrowdStrike has identified a validation logic error in the Falcon sensor for Linux, Falcon Kubernetes Admission Controller, and Falcon Container Sensor where our TLS connection routine to the CrowdStrike cloud can incorrectly process server certificate validation. This could allow an attacker with the ability to control network traffic to potentially conduct a man-in-the-middle (MiTM) attack. CrowdStrike identified this issue internally and released a security fix in all Falcon sensor for Linux, Falcon Kubernetes Admission Controller, and Falcon Container Sensor versions 7.06 and above.
CrowdStrike identified this issue through our longstanding, rigorous security review process, which has been continually strengthened with deeper source code analysis and ongoing program enhancements as part of our commitment to security resilience. CrowdStrike has no indication of any exploitation of this issue in the wild. CrowdStrike has leveraged its world class threat hunting and intelligence capabilities to actively monitor for signs of abuse or usage of this flaw and will continue to do so.
Windows and Mac sensors are not affected by this. |
| Therefore Corporation GmbH has recently become aware that Therefore™ Online and Therefore™ On-Premises contain an account impersonation vulnerability. A malicious user may potentially be able to impersonate the web service account or the account of a service using the API when connecting to the Therefore™ Server. If the malicious user gains this impersonation user access, then it is possible for them to access the documents stored in Therefore™. This impersonation is at application level (Therefore access level), not the operating system level. |
| Incorrect validation of OCSP certificates vulnerability in TheGreenBow VPN, versions 7.5 and 7.6. During the IKEv2 authentication step, the OCSP-enabled VPN client establishes the tunnel even if it does not receive an OCSP response or if the OCSP response signature is invalid. |
| A vulnerability was reported in the Lenovo Scanner pro application during an internal security assessment that, under certain circumstances, could allow an attacker on the same logical network to disclose sensitive user files from the application. |
| An attacker could take over a Looker account in a Looker instance configured with OIDC authentication, due to email address string normalization.Looker-hosted and Self-hosted were found to be vulnerable.
This issue has already been mitigated for Looker-hosted.
Self-hosted instances must be upgraded as soon as possible. This vulnerability has been patched in all supported versions of Self-hosted.

| Stroom is a data processing, storage and analysis platform. A vulnerability exists starting in version 7.2-beta.53 and prior to versions 7.2.24, 7.3-beta.22, 7.4.4, and 7.5-beta.2 that allows authentication bypass to a Stroom system when configured with ALB and installed in a way that the application is accessible not through the ALB itself. This vulnerability may also allow for server-side request forgery which may lead to code execution or further privileges escalations when using the AWS metadata URL. This scenario assumes that Stroom must be configured to use ALB Authentication integration and the application is network accessible. The vulnerability has been fixed in versions 7.2.24, 7.3-beta.22, 7.4.4, and 7.5-beta.2. |
| A flaw exists in the verification of application installation sources within ColorOS. Under specific conditions, this issue may cause the risk detection mechanism to fail, which could allow malicious applications to be installed without proper warning. |
| Francois Jacquet RosarioSIS v12.0.0 was discovered to contain a content spoofing vulnerability in the Theme configuration under the My Preferences module. This vulnerability allows attackers to manipulate application settings. |
| "This issue is limited to motherboards and does not affect laptops, desktop computers, or other endpoints." An insufficient validation vulnerability in ASUS DriverHub may allow untrusted sources to affect system behavior via crafted HTTP requests.
Refer to the 'Security Update for ASUS DriverHub' section on the ASUS Security Advisory for more information. |
