| CVE-2026-61252 | 1 Oracle | 1 Hrms | 2026-07-22 | 5.4 Medium |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle HRMS (Hong Kong) product of Oracle E-Business Suite (component: Hong Kong Payroll). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.13-12.2.15. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle HRMS (Hong Kong). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle HRMS (Hong Kong) accessible data as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle HRMS (Hong Kong) accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 5.4 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:L/A:N). | ||||
| CVE-2026-59140 | 2026-07-22 | 9.1 Critical | ||
| Data::SortedSet::Shared versions before 0.03 for Perl allow an out-of-bounds read via unvalidated node indices in the rank and min/max query paths. The attach-time validator ss_validate_header bounds only the root index against the node pool (node_capacity). The order-statistics and min/max queries then follow children[], leftmost and rightmost node indices read raw from the mmap'd segment without bounding them against node_capacity. A full structural check (ss_validate_tree) exists but runs only via an explicit validate method, not on attach. A local peer that can write the backing file can leave the header valid while poisoning the tree links, so the next rank, min or max query dereferences an out-of-bounds node index, reading adjacent memory or crashing the process. | ||||

Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Common Objects Brazil. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Common Objects Brazil accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.5 (Confidentiality impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N). | ||||

| Vulnerability in the PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Common Objects Brazil product of Oracle PeopleSoft (component: eProcurement). The supported version that is affected is 9.1. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Common Objects Brazil. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Common Objects Brazil accessible data as well as unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Common Objects Brazil accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.4 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:N). | ||||
| CVE-2026-13069 | 2026-07-22 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| An authenticated user can cause excessive CPU consumption or out-of-memory conditions on a MongoDB server by sending a crafted Queryable Encryption find payload containing an unvalidated field used to control an internal computation loop. The resulting resource exhaustion degrades availability for other operations. | ||||
| CVE-2026-13181 | 2026-07-22 | 8.1 High | ||
| In Progress® Telerik® UI for AJAX prior to v2026.2.708, forged upload metadata can influence AsyncUploadTypeName processing and trigger unsafe attacker-controlled type resolution, enabling remote code execution in affected deployments. | ||||
| CVE-2026-13183 | 2026-07-22 | 7.5 High | ||
| In Progress® Telerik® UI for AJAX prior to v2026.2.708, RadAsyncUpload upload metadata processing may leak cryptographic validity through measurable timing differences, enabling remote attackers to recover protected metadata values. | ||||
| CVE-2026-13182 | 2026-07-22 | 7.5 High | ||
| In Progress® Telerik® UI for AJAX prior to v2026.2.708, RadAsyncUpload client-state processing can distinguish decrypt failures from invalid-JSON parse failures, creating an oracle that reveals protected metadata values to remote attackers. | ||||
| CVE-2026-13184 | 2026-07-22 | 7.5 High | ||
| In Progress® Telerik® UI for AJAX prior to v2026.2.708, when Telerik.Upload.ConfigurationHashKey is absent and machineKey is not explicitly configured, upload metadata integrity protection may fall back to a predictable default key, enabling attackers to forge protected upload metadata and unlock further exploit chains. | ||||
| CVE-2026-13185 | 2026-07-22 | 8.1 High | ||
| In Progress® Telerik® UI for AJAX prior to v2026.2.708, applications using cookie-based storage in RadPersistenceManager or RadDockLayout deserialize attacker-controlled cookie content, allowing unauthenticated remote code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-13186 | 2026-07-22 | 8.1 High | ||
| In Progress® Telerik® UI for AJAX prior to v2026.2.708, a path traversal vulnerability in the file-based persistence storage provider can be exploited when the storage key is derived from user-controlled input, enabling attacker-controlled deserialization and remote code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-13187 | 2026-07-22 | 8.1 High | ||
